Focus Entertainment, publisher of Space Marine 2 and the A Plague Tale series, has filed official reports after threats against its employees escalated into a more serious form.

On September 15, 2026, the company posted a message on social media and Discord servers, reminding players about the rules of conduct. Focus emphasized that its platforms should remain a place of respectful communication with users, moderators, developers, and employees.

According to the company, toxic messages directed at its teams had appeared before, but this time the threats directly affected employees. As a result, Focus decided to take legal action.

The publisher stated that communities should unite players through a love of games, not hatred. The company will not tolerate threats, calls for violence, and sexist comments and reserves the right to take necessary legal measures to protect employees.
