Ubisoft promoted the director of agenda imposition to head of the department for AI implementation into the company's workflows
Fictitious positions for show, which anyone can take.
Ubisoft continues to develop its artificial intelligence direction: the company's former Director of Diversity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Social Impact, Raashi Sikka, has received a new position — Chief AI Enablement Officer.
According to Sikka, artificial intelligence will become one of the most important drivers of change in the technology industry, culture, and society, and will also influence the organization of the workflow. In her new role, she intends to help Ubisoft employees adapt to these changes and prepare for further technological development.
My goal is to ensure that the organization and our teams feel ready and confident in how to navigate these changes and anticipate further developments. For me, this is a really important question: how to make sure that changes work for the benefit of the people who will go through them?

The appointment came shortly after Ubisoft announced the expansion of its Motherbrain initiative, related to generative artificial intelligence. On October 7, the company informed employees that Motherbrain would become a separate team that would focus on transforming generative AI into real game mechanics and features.
