EA Releases Immortals of Aveum on Game Pass and PS Plus, Promising to Give 100% of Game Sales Revenue to Ascendant Studio

The developers from the studio on the verge of closing will also be forced to pay a commission to the PS Store, Microsoft Store, and Steam stores

Electronic Arts заявила о том, что 100% выручки от продаж волшебного шутера Immortals of Aveum будет уходить разработчикам из Ascendant. Студии только придется самостоятельно выплачивать комиссию PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store и Steam.

Шутер Immortals of Aveum 16 мая был добавлен в каталоги Xbox Game Pass и PlayStation Plus.

После далеко не самого успешного старта Immortals of Aveum в 2023 году Ascendant была вынуждена сократить почти половину персонала, а в апреле 2024 года большая часть оставшихся сотрудников студии были отправлены в неоплачиваемый отпуск.
