Developers continue to experiment with the atmosphere of Once Human.
NetEase Games and Pocketpair have teamed up for a Once Human x Palworld crossover. The paranormal survival game features a new location called "Paradise Island," where players can find Pals, themed cosmetics, and a variety of activities.
"Paradise Island" combines the aesthetics of the two universes and allows players to search for and tame creatures from Palworld: Chillet, Cattiva, Chillet Ignis, and one secret Pal (Anubis). All captured pets will stay with the players even after the event ends and will be available on any map and in any mode.
On the island, you can set up a mini-resort: dance parties, treasure hunts, a PVP tournament with pets, and even a factory where you can extract resources that can be exchanged for cosmetics, accessories, and the ability to transform into a Pal.
In addition, the game features a new Deviation scenario: Survive, Capture, Preserve, which invites you to explore biomes, catch Deviations, and combine them in the laboratory. Here, you can combine captured creatures with animals or furniture to create your own bizarre hybrids—cute, creepy, or both.
