Recently, the creators of the MMO shooter PIONER held an open testing. In Russia and Belarus, the project became an exclusive of the "Rostelecom Games" service, and some users have already pre-ordered it, but now they have changed their minds and tried to get their money back.
In the course of communicating with support, they made an unpleasant discovery - at the moment there is no way to return the money for the game.
Players had questions and a representative of the PIONER team stated that "a refund should be available." Those who have been refused are encouraged to try requesting a refund again.
PIONER is expected to be released on December 16.
