Grammy-winning rapper Ice-T ran into difficulties while playing the horror game Resident Evil Requiem. On his social media, the musician left an emotional message: "Resident Evil 9... To hell with that spider".
Earlier, the performer praised the game, noting that it reminded him of the first installment of the franchise. However, he admitted that the playthrough is not coming easily to him: "It stresses me out badly. You know it\'s bad when you start dreaming about this ****!".
The frightening episode unfolds in the ruins of Raccoon City, where the main character Leon Kennedy enters an area completely covered in webs. According to journalists, the battle with this boss has triggered mass complaints from gamers suffering from arachnophobia. On forums, users are actively asking for instructions on how to kill the spider quickly, and some admit they are forced to play without glasses or on a small TV screen to reduce their level of fear.
Resident Evil Requiem does not have a built-in mode for people with a fear of spiders. However, PC enthusiasts have already released a modification that replaces the giant monster with a smiling Thomas the Tank Engine.
