New "Witchers" should be released faster.

CD Projekt RED wants to release new projects faster, but they don't want the company to turn into a conveyor belt with annual major releases.

Co-CEO of CD Projekt RED Michał Nowakowski, in an interview published in Edge Knowledge, explained the developers' vision:

Our dream is to create more games, but we don't want to become a studio that releases a major game every year. That could happen, but it's not our goal.

Nowakowski noted that CDPR does not want to significantly increase the number of franchises in the company's portfolio:

We have a rough ten-year plan, but the goal is not to "flood the market with CDPR games." We just want to make really great games, and we don't strive to have a huge number of franchises. We don't plan to grow that way.

Currently, CD Projekt RED is working on The Witcher 4 and aims to release the entire new trilogy within six years. They are also developing the Songs of the Past expansion for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which is planned for release next year.
