The roster of playable characters is gradually expanding.
Genshin Impact developers recently unveiled the first teaser of Durin from Genshin Impact 6.2. Soon after, they showcased another character who had already been featured in a selection of hero arts from version 6.0.
Yagoda (4-star rarity, Anemo, ranged) will soon appear in the miHoYo (HoYoverse) game. They didn't talk about the girl's combat abilities, limiting themselves to a lore description:
Day after day, amidst the noise and failures, the residents of Nashgorod have come to know well the only official employee of the Bureau of Secrets, Ms. Yagoda. Sometimes she comes out of the Bureau with an important look, rushing through the streets to buy herself a huge sugar figure. Sometimes she furiously jumps on the roofs, chasing a client who tried to deceive her. And sometimes she sits, hunched over, on the steps in front of the Bureau of Secrets, with her head down, and does not move until Ashru plays with her loose braids...
Update 6.2 for Genshin Impact is scheduled for release on December 3, 2025.
