Denuvo cracked in Black Myth: Wukong without using a hypervisor
The fight against the formidable DRM system continues. Now there is a full-fledged Denuvo crack in another game.
Black Myth: Wukong was released in 2024, and some gamers postponed getting acquainted with it because the PC version was protected with Denuvo. Earlier this year, a crack appeared using a "hypervisor."
Not everyone approves of this approach, as running the "crack" requires disabling PC security systems. This creates additional risks for the player's computer. However, now there is another option.
In late April, a hacker under the nickname voices38 announced a Denuvo crack in Black Myth: Wukong — he uses a traditional approach: he doesn't "bypass" the protection, but truly breaks it.
The developers of Black Myth: Wukong position the project as an action RPG based on Chinese mythology:
Its plot is based on "Journey to the West," one of the four classic novels of Chinese literature. As the Chosen One, you will embark on an adventure full of trials and wonders, in which you will have to lift the veil of mystery over a great legend.
