Blizzard Apologizes for Diablo IV Issues and Distributes Rarest Material

After the launch of Season 15, players encountered server issues, and the start of the new seasonal world and Solo Self Found mode was delayed. Now, a new Horadric Post has appeared in cities, through which Blizzard sends messages apologizing for “unexpected problems” and thanks players for their support.

Some users receive a Resplendent Spark, one of the rarest materials in Diablo IV, required to craft Mythic Unique items, along with the letter.

However, not everyone receives this gift. Some players find a letter and a spark, others only receive an apology, and some have not even received a message yet. Blizzard has not yet explained the rules for awarding the reward.

Obtaining a Resplendent Spark through normal means is quite difficult, and crafting some Mythic Unique items requires several such materials. Therefore, for players who received it, the compensation turned out to be very valuable.
