The fight against Denuvo in games continues.
Recently, hacker 0xZeOn announced the cracking of DOOM: The Dark Ages, which was released in May of last year. The infamous Denuvo protection was used to protect the PC version.
However, this is not a typical crack — the protection was bypassed using the recently popular "hypervisor" method.
To run such a "crack" of DOOM: The Dark Ages, you will have to disable the PC's protection systems. This creates significant risks for the user's system, so some in the piracy community do not recognize a "crack" if a hypervisor is used.
