NVIDIA Admits to Problems with Video Card Supply

NVIDIA has changed its rhetoric regarding the supply of video cards for gamers. While previously the company denied any problems, it now acknowledges the tense situation.

The gaming division reported quarterly revenue of $3.7 billion – a 47% year-over-year increase, but investors are concerned about the prospects for the coming months.

During a meeting with investors, the company was asked about the supply of gaming products in 2026 amid problems with the prices and availability of RAM and VRAM.

Chief Financial Officer Colette Kress stated that memory supply is "very tight" and this situation will persist for at least the next few quarters. According to her, even if they wanted to increase stocks in the coming quarters, the situation would remain difficult, and a possible improvement by the end of the year would be an opportunity to consider further growth.

Officially, NVIDIA claims to be sending all production kits of the GeForce RTX 50 series to partners. However, sources, including Hardware Unboxed, report the cessation of production of some GPUs, primarily the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, which has already noticeably increased in price in stores.
