A new event has started in Arc Raiders and developers have announced expanded Denuvo implementation

Developers have opened the relic hunting season.

Embark Studios introduced update 1.33.0 for Arc Raiders in mid-June. Fan theories were confirmed — a new event has begun in the game.

Participants in the Forgotten Relics event will be able to unlock rewards by earning special points. These can be obtained in two ways: points will be automatically converted from experience gained from raids on any map, and bonus points are earned by searching for relics scattered throughout the world and hidden in containers (to count bonus points, you must evacuate with the relic).

In addition, the new Converging Path project will be available until July 27 — completing each stage will advance the “progress in creating a showcase” displaying found relics. New cosmetics can be obtained as a reward.

The game creators also stated that they will implement Denuvo for more users (an anti-cheat solution is used, not DRM).

Previously, the developers stated that the next truly major update for Arc Raiders is planned for release in October of this year. With Frozen Trail, they intend to introduce new enemies, the largest map, and other content and improvements.
