Hacker cracks Denuvo in five games in one day - Persona 3 Reload, Star Wars Outlaws, MGS V, and more

Approaches to Denuvo protection continue to be found.

Hackers have already learned to quickly bypass the formidable Denuvo protection — using a hypervisor method. However, not everyone recognizes this approach, as players need to disable PC security systems to run such "cracks," which creates additional risks for the system.

But there is another way to fight Denuvo: a hacker under the nickname voices38 practices "old-school cracking" — he actually breaks DRM, rather than bypassing protection, as many tech enthusiasts do.

Recently, voices38 announced a series of successful Denuvo protection cracks — he managed to deal with DRM in an old game from the Metal Gear Solid franchise, as well as several games released in 2024:

• Persona 3 Reload (2024)
• Star Wars Outlaws (2024)
• Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown (2024)
• Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain (2015)

Earlier, voices38 announced the Denuvo crack in Mortal Kombat 1. Including this fighting game, the hacker managed to break the protection in five games in one day (more precisely, he reported such a number of cracks). voices38 did not specify in the comments whether he plans to release new "cracks" today or will limit himself to these for now.
