"Todd Howard dreamed of this": Modder launched Skyrim on "Pip-Boy" in Fallout 4

The modder managed to get ahead of Howard and put Skyrim "inside" Fallout 4.

In April, an enthusiast under the nickname No_Judgment7651 showed a concept for a modification. He proposed running The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind on the in-game personal computer "Pip-Boy" in Fallout 4. The idea was picked up, and soon a full-fledged modification was released, which uses a modernized version of OpenMW 0.50.

Modder RPGKing117 continued to experiment and recently showed that The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim can be launched on the "Pip-Boy". The developer clarified that this is still "a very early test build" and "there are tons of bugs" — nevertheless, it works.

RPGKing117 will not make the mod public yet; he first wants to fix the existing errors.

Bethesda is known for numerous re-releases of Skyrim, and players joked that this is exactly what Todd Howard dreamed of (a "release" of Skyrim inside Fallout 4).

The modder himself played on this theme, titling his video: "Ahead of Todd Howard - Skyrim inside Fallout 4".

An example of playing TES V: Skyrim on "Pip-Boy" in Fallout 4 is available at the following link.

Previously, RPGKing117 showed his experiment with launching the first Fallout on the "Pip-Boy" from the fourth installment of the franchise.
