Steam continues to gain momentum in 2025.
Last weekend, Steam managed to reach a new online peak. A new record was registered.
The SteamDB service recorded a peak of 41,666,455 users. At the time the record was set, 13,027,299 accounts had the status "in game."
Earlier in March this year, Steam's online presence reached 41.2 million.
It is assumed that the recent surge in activity on Steam is partly due to the громким релизом Battlefield 6: the shooter started with a peak online of 747 thousand players.
