The developers have prepared additional features and more.
The authors of the life simulator inZOI returned at the end of October with a major update 0.4.0, which brings new content and gameplay changes.
Some improvements and new features:
- Pumpkins have been added as a new agricultural crop. They can be grown and harvested on your own, or you can buy them at the Agricultural Goods Store or at the Pocket Market
- After death, Zoe can choose the option "Onward to the afterlife" and turn into a ghost.
- New locations have been added: Funeral Home and columbarium, as well as a Cemetery. When Zoe in the city or their acquaintances die, an urn with ashes appears. You can hold a funeral ceremony using the "Create Event" menu item.
- The urn can be placed in the cemetery using the "Bury" interaction.
- The daily cycle and Zoe's psyche have been improved to make the gameplay more natural and realistic
- The daily cycle now lasts 48 minutes. According to the developers, this improves the overall balance of the system, including the duration of desires and interactions, and makes the simulation more consistent.
- New interaction options have been added for children of different ages and non-player Zoes
- The conversations "Ask to live with you" and "Offer separate accommodation" have appeared
- When Zoe independently satisfies hunger, he now chooses and prepares a random recipe from the available dishes.
